Why didn't I show squats. I was trying to help people develop the mind muscle connection. You must admit. It is easier to focus on that when in fact, you don't have something on your back. Most folks feel an overall sense of exertion sense on squats and not a localized sensation. I will demo shortly

I agree, that they were great, but seriously, stop overidolizing them. They did ton of different genres - so what? David Bowie did it too, I'd say he was no worse. Secondly, two hand tapping was around even in 19th or 18th century, it was not invention of Brian May. Neither he was the first one who brought it into rock/metal. Reason why EVH is famous as "tapping father" is his skill in that technique? and popularization of it. Now, I do like Queen, but I hate blind fanboys.

ive heard pretty much all they have to offer...live his voice does nothing for me, the lyrics do nothing for me and a? lot of the time the songs are long for the sake of being long.. its all a bit self indulgent for my liking. im not bashing them for the sake of bigging up queen,, i like queen but theyre not one of my favourites. I just genuinely think dream theater lack feel and emotion in their music to the extent where its not fun to listen to...I really dont see the attraction,

You give Queen fans a bad reputation. You must've heard only 2, 5 DT songs max. Sure they are virtuosos and they enjoy playing difficult parts (they play? because they like it, so who are you to judge people for doing something they enjoy?), but you can't reduce their 25 years old musical carrer to shredding and "soulless crap". Differently than Queen, they do ANYTHING they want with their songs without caring about what people think about it. Their singer sucks? Ok then, listen to these songs..

Dream theaters music is soulless crap... their songs are all about showing off their musical virtuosity with little or no feeling to them... so what? they can twiddle their fingers faster than most, big? deal! When they actually decide to put it to good use.. i;e by writing a good song with some passion which actually means something and connects with normal people instead of their own egos... then and, only MAYBE then, I'll give them some credit. Also their singer kinda sucks. Long live queen!

Some acupressure points are really useful if you are post date-meaning past 40 weeks. This video shows some points on the lower legs such as SP6, UB60, UB67 and KI1. Massage one point for 10 minutes at a time. SP 6 is the most important.
