There are so many facets to her voice it's astounding. In the LOTR, she eliminated vibrato from her voice and sung with straight (but beautiful) tones. If she had sung operatically I think we'd hear a similarly beautiful effect. Renee has a tone colour? so unique, dark-hued and full.
