The version I posted previously was fixed by Goldwave so the noises were removed but it sounded too processed. This one is not processed and sounds more original, even though it's quiet and with the grinding noises. I added slideshow with several pictures of 1910s-20s urban landscapes (the quality turned out a bit low, sorry!) Performed by the Sovremennik jazz band, vocals by Larisa Dolina. Lyrics sound gibberish as if learned phonetically, but otherwise the performance is great. The four guys that stare at the singer with dismay are a struggling jazz band that tried to hire her, but she ended up with their rival band. When he winds up on a palm tree he shouts: "I'm sorry, madam, I slipped and....". When he gets down he asks: "Is the bar over there?" (these parts are dubbed in Russian). I like that 1920s style party.
