Working as a model doesn't always involve posing for pictures. Models may also work trade shows and even do film and television.

Swimsuit lingerie models can be petite, average or plus sized. It all depends on what the client is looking for. If this is the area of modeling that interests you, it is important to be in excellent shape and have lots of body confidence. Even if you are plus-sized, you can still be in good shape and make the most of what you've got. Models must work hard to stay in top form, which means getting lots of exercise, eating the right foods and being disciplined with skin care, sun exposure and lifestyle.
